On an individual level, you have the freedom to load mods, add resource packs, create notes, grab screenshots and configure max and min memory allocation. Within a few clicks you are able to set the paths for the mods and icons, you can toggle FTB instances, set the update channel and assign a custom resolution. All of this information, once applied, sticks to all the instances. MultiMC 5 enables you to apply a good deal of configuration to the client itself, as well as to the game version, Java installation, proxy routing external tools and personal accounts. You have to enter a name for it, set the Minecraft server version, and if you want to, you can set the modpack import location. To add a new instance you only need to perform a few steps.
