Outside of the office, Dan is an avid skier and golfer, and he spent time as a “ski bum” in Vail, Colorado, before law school. He also worked as a student lawyer in the Intellectual Property and Transaction Clinic at the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property, and interned for the Dallas Cowboys under their General Counsel. While in law school, Dan served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of New Hampshire Law Review and was president of two student organizations.
